No Return Policy

At Lathell Nutraceuticals , we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. To ensure the highest quality and safety standards for our products, we have implemented the following return policy:

Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of any opened or used nutraceuticals and supplements. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.

Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product, please do so within  3 days of purchase, with the original receipt and in the original packaging. Unopened products must be in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or issues with our products, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
